Friday Prayer before the time for Noon Prayer has even entered

I recently got a job, and alhamdolillah the musalla is just two minutes away. Dhuhr (and thus jumu’ah) time kicks in at about 1:30 here in Calgary. However, due to the small size of the musalla and the different times that the attendees are able to get their breaks, the musalla admins decided to make four jumu’ahs in the same musalla. That much is fine. However, what they have also done is to hold three of those four jumu’ahs before the actual time of dhuhr kicks in. Is this valid? They give the justification that it’s allowed by some Hanbali opinion. Is that correct?

This has the potential to be permissible since the opinion in the Hanbali school is that the time for Friday Prayer begin at the same time of the ‘Eid Prayer and extends until the time for ‘Asr Prayer begins.
See the first condition mentioned here.
And Allah knows best.
